- Rates include: Bungalow with unlimited access to Coworking 24/5
- Second person staying in the same bungalow 25% off
- Motorcycle rentals cost: 250 THB per day, 4000 THB per month
- Bungalows are private and do have workspace
- A deposit of 10 000 THB at booking is required to confirm your spot during the peak season. 5000 THB during the lean season.
- Deposit can be made through Wise, International and Domestic Bank transfer
- Drinking Water, Clean Towels, in room refrigerator and Utilities are included in the price
- Guests are eligible to a 40 % discount on beer at the Coral Club at all times (60 THB)
- We request you participate in our effort to reduce energy waste by turning off lights and the air conditioning when not in use. Thank you.
- Cleaning Services are available on demand for 500 THB
- Washer and Dryer are provided free of charge
- Free access to the best sunset Koh Mak has to offer
- Free usage of the on-site pickleball court, rackets and balls are provided
Cancellation policies
- Prior to two months before arrival: 100% of the deposit refunded
- One month before arrival: 75% of the deposit refunded
